After Your Training

Most new low hour pilots have similar flying skills and they will improve with time. It is very often the case with a prospective employer that they will employ a new pilot if the “face fits”. Your personality and work ethic will get you your first job. An honest hard working ‘can-do’ individual that can offer more than just being pilot will be more employable.
